However, it does come at a price in added time in Market Area research for the subject, research for comparables and time on the road. But, in an effort to be as cost effective as possible for our clients we do try to keep distance charges to a minimum. Additional distance fees apply to properties 45 minutes and beyond whether it is in town or on acreage and will be quoted/estimated on a case by case basis.
